Terms and Conditions

Thank you for signing up to take part in Urban Goose Chase. Here are the terms and conditions that you agreed to upon signing up.

1. All Urban Goose Chase events are non-refundable 7 days prior to the event. All events operate rain or shine. We are unable to offer any refunds if you decide to cancel within the non-refundable period or miss the event for any reason.
2. Urban Goose Chase reserves the right to adjust or cancel any event due to insufficient bookings or events beyond our control. Under these circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund.
3. Don't break the law. Urban Goose Chase will not take legal responsibility for your actions.
4. Do not be a nuisance, or cause damage to public or private property. Any such incidents are the responsibility of the player / team and UGC cannot be held liable.
5. Urban Goose Chase is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the game.
6. All submitted photos must be appropriate to all ages. No nudity or obscenity will be tolerated and will result in immediate disqualification.
7. Please play fair; cheating will not be tolerated. If you break any of these rules you will not be eligible for prizing and may be disqualified from the game.
8. All submitted photos become property of UGC and can be used for marketing purposes.
9. Awarding points and final scoring is at the sole discretion of the judges.
10. Judges' decisions are final - by accepting the terms and conditions, you are agreeing to forfeit any right to appeal, and understand that there are no refunds or recounts once the game has ended.
